TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The minimum order value is £5.00 (including postage & packing). Extra bulky or heavy items may incur extra postage costs. The customer will be notified of these before the order is completed.
2. Goods will not be despatched until full payment is received. Cheques should be made payable to MRA and crossed. Payment may also be made by postal order, debit, credit or switch card. Credit card payments that are refused will continue to be tried at intervals until the order is cancelled by the customer.
3. Delivery will be made within 28 days of receipt of the order. Average delivery is 7 - 10 days. We will not be liable to compensate the customer in any way for late delivery. Any orders not fulfilled after 28 days will continue on backorder unless cancelled by the customer. Despatch is to UK only.
4. Please do not send any samples unless requested as we can not accept responsibility for return of these items to you.
5. Some goods supplied may not be identical to the original but will be compatible. Some instruction books may be photocopies. If the item description on the site is not giving specific models and you are not sure it will fit your appliance please check with us before ordering. Wrongly ordered parts are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
6. Goods should be inspected on receipt and any defect or complaint should be submitted, in writing, within 10 days.
7. The majority of items are delivered by post. Some larger items may be delivered by carrier where a signature is required.
8. Goods are guaranteed for 12 months from delivery. Where they are fitted internally they they shall be guaranteed for 3 months as long as they have been fitted by a suitably qualified person. We may ask for proof of fitting. Any faulty goods returned during the guarantee period will, at our option, be replaced or refunded.
9. Authority to return items must be obtained first by e-mail at mraspares@aol.com . Goods without authority will be returned to the customer. Software is non returnable unless faulty, when it will be replaced.
10. Items being returned must be in the original packaging, with all components and in the condition they were delivered and returned at the customers expense.
11. Returned items will be checked and if no fault is found will be returned to the customer.
12. If a customer, after placing an order, decides the part is no longer required and wishes to cancel or return the part a handling charge will be levied not exceeding 30% of the total order value. Items ordered in specially for the customer are non returnable.
13. Where specific makes are mentioned it does not imply that MRA has any connection with the original maker.
14. Wherever possible MRA executes the order to the customers instructions. In the event that a product is unavailable or superseded, MRA shall, at its discretion, be entitled to substitute a suitable replacement. Products are liable to be withdrawn from sale without prior notice.
15. Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain prices shown, market fluctuations sometimes necessitate alterations. If there is a change of price from that shown on the site at the time of ordering the customer will be informed before the order is processed.
16. If you do not wish to be informed of future promotions and offers please send an e-mail to mraspares@aol.com with REMOVE FROM LIST in the subject line.
17. Placing of an order by the customer is deemed as acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.( Please see 16 above)
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
your name
address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
